A Message From Our Founder
I'm Mahirah (Sana Amrin), Founder MVIBE. As an IT HR leader, I navigated intense corporate landscapes, where I learned that true success — for individuals and organizations — hinges on well-being and authentic leadership. This realization sparked MVIBE. My journey from IT to certified coach revealed how vital emotional intelligence is, and the profound impact of clarity.

I've personally spent over 250+ hours coaching groups and individuals to find their breakthroughs and delivered 100+ hours of training in various topics like emotional intelligence, the power of Art Therapy in understanding emotions, leadership, communication, and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) to diverse groups, including hotel employees and MBA students. This extensive experience has shown me the power of transforming communication gaps into trust and building authentic personal brands.
